- Welcome and congratulations! Baptism is a beautiful and important moment in the life of your child and in your family's journey of faith. Through this beautiful Sacrament, your child is welcomed into the Catholic Church and into the family of God. Baptism is the beginning of a lifelong journey of faith. It is a sacred occasion marked by new life in God for your child and your commitment as parents to nurture your child's spiritual growth. Faith is a gift from God, a gift that needs to be nourished - We want to walk with you as you prepare for this beautiful occasion, not just for the day of your child's Baptism, but in every stage that is yet to come in the life of your child(ren)!
  
  BAPTISMAL PREPARATION & REGISTRATION
  
  If you would like your child to be baptized, please reach out to us at (908) 322-5192 and we will begin the registration process. First-time parents are required to attend a Baptism Preparation class prior to the Baptism of their child. These classes allow new parents the opportunity to dive deeper into the meaning and beauty of this First Sacrament and also to meet other parents who are in the same boat! Baptism Preparation usually takes place on Sunday afternoons.
