Men's Cornerstone Retreat

Friday, March 8th at 6PM to Saturday, March 9th at 8PM
Cornerstone is a wonderful 2-day retreat experience, a time to revitalize your relationship with God, renew your own spirit and grow in fellowship with other men or women of our parish through a combination of quiet reflection and prayer, fellowship and the sharing of one’s faith journey with others. Please consider joining us!

On Cornerstone Weekend, you will spend time in a relaxed atmosphere with other men of faith from the community. During the weekend, some of our Cornerstone Team Members will give talks followed by time for discussion and sharing your own journey. It’s a very casual atmosphere and you may share in the discussion as much or as little as you like. Cornerstone is a great opportunity to examine your relationship with God, your family, and others in your life. Most of all, it’s an opportunity to be inspired, revitalized and spiritually uplifted. You will have a unique opportunity to meet other men of the parish and together listen, reflect, and share real life experiences. Taking the time to retreat from daily routine and stress is both a necessary and rewarding experience!

The retreat will begin Friday evening at 6pm and end on Saturday evening after Mass and dinner at 8pm.  There will be talks, followed by small group discussions, time for quiet personal reflection, Reconciliation, and Eucharist.  There will also be opportunities to interact with others who are looking to grow spiritually.

The word “Cornerstone” describes Christ as the main foundation (“the cornerstone”) of our lives.  His presence within us allows us to live, grow, and become more loving and vibrant people of God.
